Take a Virtual Trip to Disney at Home (Ride Cams, Parades, and Recipes!)

Dreaming of a trip to Disney but stuck at home? Take a virtual trip to Disneyland through these POV ride videos for every ride at Disneyland. Fill in your virtual Disney trip with parades, fireworks, and park snack recipes that will bring Disney magic to your home.

You can also plan a Disney Day at Home! Visit each of your favorite rides, take a break to watch the parade while enjoying a yummy Disney snack, watch more ride videos, then enjoy a Disney themed dinner. Finish your night with a Disney dessert while watching fireworks and then your favorite Disney movie.

Since I consider Disneyland my home park, this collection is based on Disneyland’s lands and parks. However, no matter what Disney park is your favorite, this list will help you enjoy Disney at home.

Main Street, USA

Walk down Main Street with this YouTube video from Theme Park Insider.

Watch the amazing Mickey’s Mix Magic Fireworks show in front of the castle.

Take a ride aboard the Disneyland Railroad. If you like trains, here’s a 3D puzzle of the Walter E Disney steam train (which is at WDW).

Enjoy one of the popular Disney treats you can find on Main Street, make your own Mickey Ice Cream Bars or my favorite treat, Disney Churros! Kids will love wearing a Disney apron set to help you cook!

Listen to the Dapper Dans sing “When You Wish Upon a Star”.

Adventureland

Visit one of the original Disneyland attractions, The Enchanted Tiki Room.

Make your own DIY Disney Dole Whip Recipe to enjoy while you watch the show. Blend together 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, 4 ounces of pineapple juice, and 2 cups of frozen pineapple. Then use a star tip piping bag to swirl into a cup.

If you’re doing a lot of Disney cooking, pick up some fun Disney cooking supplies to bring park fun into your house.

Next up, get your fill of cheesy jokes and puns aboard the Jungle Cruise.

Be sure you don’t look into the forbidden eye as you venture onto the Indiana Jones Adventure.

Complete your journey through Adventureland with a climb into Tarzan’s Treehouse.

Frontierland

Move over to Frontierland and ride the wildest ride in the wilderness — Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Kick back and enjoy the view with a ride about the Mark Twain Riverboat.

And if you want to take a sailboat ride, you can ride aboard the Columbia instead of the Mark Twain (sadly this video doesn’t explore the lower levels of the Columbia).

For your last adventure in Frontierland, float over to Tom Sawyer’s Island and explore Pirate’s Lair.

New Orleans Square

Socialize with some grin-grinning ghosts at the Haunted Mansion.

Find Jack Sparrow and spy on some pirates while sailing through Pirates of the Caribbean.

Sit down with another great Disney snack and enjoy watching the spectacular Fantasmic! show. You can also use this Disney popcorn maker to make a snack for your show. Or make some Mickey Mouse beignets.

Critter Country

Grab a paddle and take a tour of the Rivers of America in the Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes.

Ride in a honey pot at the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

And grab a poncho as you float down Splash Mountain.

Galaxy’s Edge

Will you join the Rebellion and steal some coaxium at Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run?

And then escape the First Order on the newest Disney attraction, Rise of the Resistance.

Fantasyland

Start off your journey through Fantasyland by taking a walk through Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.

And for castle lovers, check out this amazing 3D wooden Disney Castle puzzle.

Avoid the long lines and soar away with Peter Pan’s Flight.

Travel with one of the classic Disney princesses on Snow White’s Scary Adventures.

Try to stay out of trouble on Pinnochio’s Daring Journey.

Hold on tight for Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride.

Take a ride around and around on the King Arthur Carousel.

Hop aboard the Casey Jr. Circus Train.

Soar above Fantasyland on Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

Journey to the land of grinning cats and mad queens on Alice in Wonderland.

Float around on a Disney celebrity homes tour aboard the Storybook Land Canal Boats.

Try to avoid the yeti as you zoom around in the Matterhorn Bobsleds.

Learn to say hello in a new language as you sail aboard It’s a Small World. And check out this It’s a Small World ride compilation of the rides at each of the Disney parks.

Toontown

Take a spin aboard Gadget’s Go Coaster.

Get into some slippery and spinning fun at Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin.

Tour Mickey’s House — and learn to draw Mickey Mouse!

You can also get a tour around Mickey’s Toontown with inside info on hidden spots and jokes.

Tomorrowland

Soar high and spot the castle on the Astro Orbitor.

Blast aliens at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters — pew pew!

Fly around some planets and galaxies aboard Star Tours (note – due to this being a 3-D attraction, the screen is blurry).

Hit the stars on Space Mountain — one of my favorite Disney attractions!

Take a tour at the front of the car of the Disneyland Monorail.

Swim with Nemo and Dory on the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage.

Sit behind the wheel as you cruise around Autopia.

Hollywood Land

Little kids will love to dance along with the Disney Junior Dance Party.

Visit Monstropolis at Monsters, Inc.

Take a virtual trip to Animation Academy and learn how to draw some of your favorite Disney characters.

Watch the popular stage show Frozen – Live at the Hyperion. Perhaps plan a Frozen Movie themed family dinner, too.
