I’ve been wearing prAna clothes for a couple of years now and I just got a few new items added to my collection so wanted to share! I packed these on my recent getaway to San Juan Island and can say that they’re perfect for traveling. I also love that my new pieces are made from hemp, making them a sustainable, green clothing choice. Thank you to prAna for gifting me my clothing choices, all opinions are my own. And, they’ve given my readers a 15% off code – use PHKT18.
This is actually my second pair of Mantra Pants. They are one of my favorite things to wear when I’m flying if I want to wear something nicer than my go-to leggings. They have a stretchy waist which also makes them great for traveling if you happen to indulge your taste buds a bit during your trip.
“The Mantra Pant is constructed from a sutra® hemp/recycled poly blend woven with 3% spandex for extra mobility. The waistband is elasticized. It is mid-rise and straight leg, cut for a relaxed fit.”
Cozy Up T-shirt & Sweatshirt
For a true Pacific Northwest (PNW) relaxed style I paired my new Mantra Pant with a basic grey Cozy Up T-shirt and a black vest. prAna t-shirts are so cozy and the hemp in these make them almost cool to the touch. I also got one of their Cozy Up Sweatshirts and I love the gathered tuck touch on the back of the sweatshirt.
“The Cozy Up T-shirt features natural odor-reducing features, and rolled-sleeve cuffs. This standard fit women’s tee is constructed from a hemp blend.”
I’ve always loved leggings but don’t have a pair from prAna. So I gave the Leda Pant a try to see what I thought. These have a bit more structure than leggings, but they’re not quite the same as jeggings. I spent all day Sunday in them and will happily add them to my lounge and travel collection.
“The Leda Pant is made with an organic cotton hemp stretch jersey blend with natural odor reducing features and upf 50+. The design details of the high-rise, fitted active pant for women include a wide waistband, front leg seam detail, self leg cuffs, back patch pockets, and a triangle gusset for added comfort and reinforcement.”
I paired the Leda Pant with the prAna Shelton Top. I liked the styling on the top and love the front pockets.
“The Shelton Women’s Top features a button front placket, a front kangaroo pocket and side seam vents. The pullover is constructed from a hemp/recycled polyester blend.”
One of the things I love about prAna is that they are trying to use sustainable resources for their clothes. As I mentioned earlier, my new pieces are some of their hemp clothing pieces. Here’s a bit more about why they’re using hemp.
