One Year of Monthly Goal Setting Worksheet Printables

Happy New Year! If you’re like thousands of others, the start of the new year means you’re making plans for what you want to do different/better/more in 2015. However, while it’s easy to have grand plans for new resolutions, keeping them isn’t so easy.

I’ve created a full year of monthly goal setting worksheet printables for you to print and use each month to refocus on your goals. Writing your goals down on paper is a known method for helping you keep them. But you also have to be flexible and adjust your goals as you go along. If you don’t account for what’s working and what’s not, you can get discouraged and throw in the towel.

Print off these 12 goal setting worksheet printables and take some time at the beginning of each month to evaluate what you’re doing well and what you need to readjust. I chose to make the four quadrants since we often make plans for the different areas of our lives. For instance you might have goals for personal growth, family time, health and fitness, and your work. Or you might enjoy making goals in your physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual areas of life.

Some of my goals for the new year are listed here:

    1. Exactly Leah! I have planned dates for my goals, but need to be a little flexible in case I don’t get one done when planned or if I get it done early!

  1. Love the printables! What a great idea!! I am focusing in Personal Growth this year and will break that down into more specific categories and monthly goals. I usually skip New Year resolutions, but once I realized it really is just another word for setting goals, I was in. I love crossing things off a list ;)
