Stocking Up on the Best Toys? Free Printable Christmas Gift Tracker
Did you know that it’s only nine weeks until Christmas!? I know we still have Halloween and Thanksgiving coming, but Christmas will be here before we know it. Today I’m sharing a free printable that will help you as you start to shop for all the best toys and gifts for your family members.
Shopping early is one of my Christmas habits so I can grab the best toys of the season and spread the expenses out over a few months. Are you an early shopper too?
There are two aspects of shopping early that can be a problem. The first is that I can get carried away on picking out gifts I think my girls will love and before you know it, I’ve spent more than I had planned. Recently I was at Target shopping for a gift and found some great science kits that I know my girls will love! I decided to pick up a couple of these Wonderology kits to put away for Christmas gifts.
As soon as I returned home I realized what the second slight problematic aspect of shopping early…where to hide the gifts? Let me tell you that two years ago I forgot about a gift I had hidden in the garage and found it a couple of months AFTER Christmas. True story. Finding a good hiding spot is necessary so the girls don’t get a peek of any of their gifts. I want them to be totally surprised. But I can sometimes hide the gifts so well that I don’t even remember where they are!
Hence my creating this Christmas Gift Tracker free printable! I can keep track of what I’ve purchased/spent as well as where I hid the gift. Is anyone else as excited as I am?! You can use the separate sections on the gift tracker to keep track of gifts you’ve purchased for different gift recipients.
