Don’t be afraid of planning your wine & dinner party if you don’t have a lot of wine and food pairing knowledge. The internet can be a great help for figuring out what to pair with each dish. The first step is to decide how many courses you want to serve. Perhaps you’ll plan an appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert. I always prefer to start with softer wines (often white) and work towards the bold red wines, with a sweet dessert wine being last.
