The Visitor Center

Stop at the Visitor Center where you can get a map, select hiking trails, and learn about each side of the park.

Going To The Sun Road

The Going To The Sun Road connects the East Side of Glacier National Park to the West Side of the park. Each area of the park has its own unique features.

A highlight on Sun Road is a stop at Logan's Pass, & the popular Continental Divide sign. Allow extra time here due to traffic and full parking lots.

Highline Trail

The Highline Trail is a scenic hiking trail near Logan's Pass. You will  find spectacular scenery  as the trail follows the Continental Divide, as  well as wildlife and wildflowers.

Mountain Lakes

There are so many pristine lakes in Glacier to visit. Explore St. Mary's Lake,  Two Medicine Lake, Avalanche Lake,  and of course  Lake McDonald.

One of the places to  stay in the park is  the Many Glaciers Hotel which is located on Swiftcurrent Lake.  There are hiking trails as well as scenic boat tours

Another high point of visiting Glacier is seeing wildlife in their natural habitat. See Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goats, Grizzly Bears, Black Bears, Moose, and many more.

Adventure

You can go horseback riding, take a Red Bus Tour or hike the Trail Of Cedars Loop. You can also see the stunning views of Avalanche Gorge, explore Apikuni Falls, or the Grinnell Glacier.
