What began as a sliver of an idea in my mind, has officially launched today! It should come as no surprise that someone who writes a blog called Stuffed Suitcase likes to travel and talk travel. And now my love of sharing great travel advice and family vacation information has a new outlet, the Vacation Mavens family travel podcast!
This adventure is not one I’m doing alone either, my friend and fellow travel blogger Tamara from We3Travel had joined me to bring together some of our friends and colleagues to chat all about travel destinations and tips to get you heading out the door to explore.
Each week we’re reaching into the family travel expert field and chatting with guests who are sharing their best kept secrets about specific destinations, and tips that will help make your travel smoother. We’ve got great plans in mind and you don’t want to miss one episode!
Just look at the amazing interviews we already have featured! Dia from The Deal Mommy talked with us about travel hacking and ways to take family vacations for free, Mary from The World is a Book shared her itinerary ideas for visiting San Diego with kids. Each week we’ll bring you new destination information and expert tips for traveling with kids. Please join us!
Here’s our opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves, our plans for the podcast, and even the unreal location when our podcast was born.
Find out how to get started with collecting and using travel reward points, and the one best tip Dia has for what your first step should be before you begin.
If you’re planning a trip to San Diego, or you want to relive a trip you’ve taken, listen as Mary shares her best itinerary stops for a vacation, plus she lets you know the BEST taco spot in San Diego.
I would be so thrilled if you could take a listen to one or all, and let us know what you think. We are hoping to make it onto iTunes’ “New and Noteworthy” and every subscription and download counts!!
