Week 33 of 40 Weeks of Nut-Free Kids School Lunches

This week was a short week for my lunches as I left for the SNAP! conference on Wednesday. The last two days have been really scrounging it for lunches since I haven’t been to the store yet since getting home on Sunday. We’re also leaving soon for another trip so I don’t want to buy too many fresh foods that will go to waste. Crazy how being away for a few days can make you feel like you’re behind schedule more than a week!
